Hello afridi welcome to Android Forums.

Normally when you send an SMS it should be 160 characters max. So you've tried various SMS apps, and they're all failing to send more than 89 characters. Could be your carrier limiting the length of messages? Suggest you try the SIM in another phone, and see if the same thing happens there. And if it does, then it's definitly the carrier limiting the messages. Who's your carrier and what country are you in, as there could be others having the same issue.

Another thing the length of SMSs can be more limited if you're using non-latin characters in the SMS, like Chinese or Arabic, due to the encoding overhead.

Most phones will actually let you send more than 160 characters in a message, but you're actually sending 2 SMSs and they're concatenated together.
