I still have my snowmen and I built all the buildings required but I can't get the ice castle can anyone tell me w:confused:_:confused:hat I am supposed to do next

Did anyone here buy Red or Yellow raffle tickets from the recent raffle that was held? I don't put money into this game but I went against my normal stance and bout one red and one yellow ticket for a total of $8. It said very clearly that if you buy them you will get piastres in exchange if you don't win. I think it was like 33 and 22 or something near that but I can't seem to find the exact figures at the moment. I waited patiently for them to do the drawing which I lost of course. I then waited patiently for the piastres that I paid for to be deposited into my account. Days turned into weeks so I finally opened a help ticket and their response was that they show I received my piastres. WTF?!?! I was keeping an eye on my piastres and as a result of buying lots of special facilities to meet awards recently my total was low enough that there's no way I wouldn't have noticed over 50 piastres being added to my account. I asked them to tell me what day and exactly how many were supposedly credited and haven't heard back.

Anyone else had this happen to them? Did you get your piastres and if so, how many and when? I kind of feel like I'm getting hosed here.
