Anyone know if its possible to transfer your game to another phone?

My Galaxy S's speaker is broke and there sending me a replacement phone.

Don't want to start my game all over again so wondered if its possible to transfer the game across??

not that i know of i was level 29 and upgraded my desire to 2.3 gingerbread lost the lot
