Help parental controls?

I've looked through the settings on my n1 but can't see any mention of parental controls like locking down the app store?

Are there any good apps for this?

Have not looked into this but was looking at my bill a few days ago and started browsing verizons site. they offer a parental control option for $5 a month, It allows you to set permission for almost everything such as when your child can use the phone, messages allowed, and who they can contact.

they also offer content filter for free.
