Parsing issue when downloading programme

after downloading real player android programme to android I selected the download in the download section to install it an error window pops up stating "error There is a problem parsing this package"

It's usually not a parsing error. It usually happens when you download something (usually not from the Play store) that your phone can't run. (If you download from the Play store, you won't see things your phone can't run.)
