Parsing problem

Hi danbapu, and welcome to Android Forums 
Are you attempting to download/install applications from the Play Store or from elsewhere on the Internet? Usually when I have encountered that parse error in the past, it has been caused by an incomplete/corrupt download. I often found that downloading the application on my PC and then transferring it to my device (email, dropbox, USB file transfer, or "adb install") would clear things up.
