Ok so,
I have CM13 with gapps intalled and i installed ogyoutube because original youtube required google play services updated (if i updated them it would crash google). I installed ogyoutube along with the 3 moded google services app and it worked fine. After a while it signed out and everytime i tried to sign in it was giving me the error: "No network connection" so i decided to reinstall the 3 mods for signing in to work. It gave me the error:"Parsing error, there was a problem parsing the package. Note that i use samsung galaxy s4 and also normal google play services was giving me the message that i didnt have internet but i did.
Please reply, thanks!
