Hi!
I'm new to the android experience and so far, I'm loving it. I downloaded Viber and Skype and from then on, I always got a prompt asking me to choose one of three options whenever I wanted to make a call, the options being: Phone, Skype or Viber.
Up until yesterday I always followed the procedure of choosing the phone option and pressing the "Just Once" button. I thought that pressing the "Always" button meant that ONLY for the particular contact I wanted to call the device would always use the selected app.
As you all probably know that's not the case and from there on, whenever I tried to make a call I was no longer prompted with any options no matter which contact I was trying to call.
I was able to reset "ALL APPS" to their default settings (though I really wanted to reset only the calling options) and now I only get two options: Phone and Skype. I reinstalled Viber but still only two options.
Now finally (sorry for such a long thread!), I'm searching for an app that can customize which calling app to use (Phone, Viber, etc.) for each of my contacts so I don't get the prompt every time I make a call but still can use different options for different contacts. Ideally, an app that allows to customize AND EDIT the contact with a set of particular features (including the app to use for calling the particular contact of course) as many times as possible. I've tried may different dialers and a lot of them, come with a wide range of options and settings but so far, I haven't been able to find this particular feature.
I'm starting to think that maybe such an app doesn't exists but I might very well be wrong.
