Do you know of an app that clears automatically the partition cache and even Dalvik cache automatically every few minutes and autostarts on phone startup?

1. You device would need root to do this. You might be able to accomplish it using TWRP Manager and Tasker.
2. You don't want to clear Dalvik every few minutes! Once Dalvik is cleared, your apps won't work and a reboot is required (and the reboot will take longer than usual while Dalvik cache is rebuilt for every installed app).

My device may not supported. I must select a device. Which one should i pick?
I don't completely understand the names.
I have Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 S7275R. If not supported then tell me other app.
I have never used TWRP Manager - if I want to use TWRP I boot into recovery and use it. I don't know whether this app would let you wipe the cache partition without rebooting the phone in the process (which is what the similarly-named ROM Manager would do).
Since I've never used it I also don't know what list of devices it's presenting you with. But if you can't find yours on there, even a codename, it may not be supported.
There are plenty of app cache cleaners in the Play Store, some of which can clean on a schedule. Every few minutes sounds crazy though, unless the plan is to see how quickly you can run the battery down without using the phone. Clearing the cache partition is what Mr Lucky suggested you'd need something like TWRP Manager for, and I can't offhand think of another way of doing that.

Do you know of an app cache cleaner that can clear the cache of the stock launcher also and so all the system apps?
The one i have is very good but does not cleans the cache of the system apps. It is called App Cache Cleaner Pro. I have mostly from time to time a stock launcher slowness and screen up and down moving lists becoming slow.
Why do you think that is the launcher's cache that's the problem, and why do you think that the cache cleaner does not clear this? There are many reasons an app (or the phone) might lag.

Just in case is the launcher as i have an app that i clear the whole cache partition manually and the lag is fixed for a while and i have also App cache cleaner that shows the list of all apps to be cache cleaned one by one but no system apps in it. App cache cleaner it auto starts and cleans automatically those apps but i didn't see the effectiveness of the second yet. I want an app that cleans the whole cache instead.
