Passcode issue

Razr Droid for Verizon sometimes interrupts an ongoing call demanding a "passcode" and blocking the call from continuing if you don't enter such passcode. We've never set a passcode! Thus the call is doomed requiring a redial. My wife's phone does it, mine doesn't (same model).

Cou;d be the account provisioning. Take your wife's phone into a Verizon store.
