My school just went to OWA/Office 365 for its email and I wanted to download the software for my Spring SGIII. When I downloaded the software from the google play store it said my phone needed to be encrypted, so I did that.
Now, I do not like the passcode (typing in a variety of letters and symbols and numbers) on my lockscreen and want to change back.
Am I out of luck and have to hard reset my phone?
I tried to switch my lockscreen to something different even a number passcode or something like that and all the other options are "grayed" out...
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
