Help passcode pattern forgotten HELP!!!!!!!!

[mummy needs help]

my daughter has set a passcode pattern on her viewsonic viewpad 7e, she cant remember the pattern. I've tried a reboot 3 times to no avail i've tried contacting viewsonic and they were no help I didn't set up a gmail account for her when I set it up as she had only had it an hour (grrrrr) but nothing comes up for i've forgotten my passcode just tells me to wait for 30 seconds after 5 attempts i've tried all the patterns I can think of it just isn't working please help me its driving me mad

Sorry, but you either have to enter right pattern or make factory reset (this will delete all data on the device). See the post below for details :
