I setup a 4 digit pin on my phone a month ago. I haven't changed it since then. I've been using the same pin without error for the past month. Today for some reason the phone froze up on my while typing in my pin. I left the phone alone for several minutes then I finally removed the battery.
Now when I type in my pin, the phone is telling me the password is incorrect. I've contacted Verizon and they're telling me that after several failed attempts I should get a prompt to enter in my Gmail account info, that hasn't happened.
I don't want to have to resort to doing a factory reset on the phone without first saving/backing up my data that is on the phone.
