If u read the GUIDELINES, it clearly states that this forum is for introductions ONLY.
It's better you search the rest of the forums to rectify your problem because I doubt anyone's going to solve your problem here.
Not entirely true. Although this section is for introductions we are allways here to help. Unfortunatally when you are locked out of your phone a factory reset is required. That's the only way I'm awhere of.

I am aware of that. But not everyone reads the stickies as they should. Sometimes when a new member signs up they have an immeadiate problem and don't know how to navigate the site so they ask their question here. As guides we help "Guide" them where they need to go or if we can answer the question we do so. If you scroll down thru the threads there are a lot of them that ask questions.

If you are talking about a screen lock password, then after a fixed number of incorrect entries your phone should prompt you for the password for the gmail account the phone is registered to. If that doesn't work, shut off the phone, log into the gmail account on a website and change the password using Google's password recovery. Once the new password is confirmed, turn on the phone and try using the new password.
