Password problem

I am having GT-S5670 and I have tried the forgotten pattern, and I entered my google email and password and it is not taking it, but it takes on the gmail website, anyone have any ideas besides a factory reset? plz help me.........

Sorry to hear about your problem. Are you able to update/change your Gmail password from a computer? That way you should be able to sign back in on your phone.
