Password protect sections in onenote Android app can not be opened

Lurker
Hello there,

Never have I been much happier than seeing this app for android - Microsoft Onenote. I don't know when it was launched but I got to know it today. But unfortunately, it does not sync password protected sections.

Is there any way to solve this? I mean, is there alternative method? Or if anybody official from android offices know this feature will be launched in next updates or something.

Because, once password protected sections were not accessible in onenote online through browsers also. But now you can. so I am kind of hoping, in Android too they remove this limitation.

Please, if any of you Android Enginneers lurk in these forums and hear your users cries, pass on this message to Bill Gates (or Google) top most officials. Or just launch this feature I am talking about.

Thank you.

Bill Gates holds stock in MSFT these days - that's his only association with the company. As far as Google doing it, if you think the Apple/Samsung lawsuit is a big one, that's one MSFT would sue Google over. It's blatant theft of IP and a clear case of reverse engineering (which are both not only civil torts, but felonies).

When MSFT gets around to deciding on adding that code we'll see it. But it won't be because we want it - it'll because MSFT sees a profit in doing it. MSFT is no longer a college dropout writing code in his living room, it's a multinational whose ONLY interest is money. They're not buying Nokia (and renaming it) because they had no other place to put their money.
