I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and would like to be able to keep my various passwords handy yet secure. What app would you recommend?

Safe In Cloud is my password manager of preference. I opted for it because it supports strong encryption and syncs to the Cloud (Drive, Dropbox, Box, etc) of my choice - without requiring an ongoing subscription.

I've used KeePass (KeePass Droid for the phone) for years. I keep the data file on the cloud (Dropbox in my case), so that I have all my passwords on all my devices at all times. KeePass has pretty good encryption (although nothing is 100% safe), but no one's gotten into anything I keep a password in KeePass on. (It's free for Windows, MacOS, Android and iPhones.)
(my app) Keepass2Android is similar to Keepassdroid but has integrated Dropbox support (see https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=keepass2android.keepass2android) and a few other features if you want to take a look!
