passwords with Pc desktop application.

I am looking for an application that stores/ protects passwords but also has a pc desktop application. I have found Handy Safe but can you suggest anything better?

SplashID works well and syncs wirelessly if you are on the same wifi network

I use KeePassDroid and KeePass on my PC and net book. Then i use Dropbox to sync the database, and use a keyfile on each phone/computer (not on Dropbox). This is a free option that makes it easy to keep the passwords updated while keeping them secure.
