Passwords

Hi all,

Yesterday all the passwords for my emails were required on Gmail app.

Today, ebay required the password.

Just feels a bit odd, now I'm paranoid my phone is comprised.

Anyone else had this recently? Not had a OS update since 15th July.

i would setup two step verification wherever possible and change your passwords especially on your google account. after that i think you are fine.

last step would be to do a hard reset on the phone.

Not necessarily your phone compromised, but there could have been some hacking attempts on your online accounts, and for security they now require you to re-login, like Ebay? Also some services do require you to re-login periodically. If you have any doubts change your passwords, don't use the same password for multiple accounts, and enable two-factor authentication if you haven't already.
