Pasting contacts into sms

Is there any easy way to paste contacts into a message? Sending vcards is crap and not every phone accepts them. Sure, you can send pictures, videos, and even a voice note but why be able to easily send a phone number? It would be too convenient.

yes, it is simple. You open the contact, then click menu, and go to edit. click and hold on the number you want and select copy all. Then paste it into the text message. That is all you need right? A few more steps than a copy and paste on a palm, but not too bad.
