pattern - emergency call

[nex_t]

I want to use this option to unlock my phone but the option bellow, Emergency Call, is annoying.
And as far as i know, i cannot disable the option Emergency Call.
Do you know any free app like this one ? I found one, called Dot .... but the dot buttons are too big and a there is a large space between them
Maybe some app with an password for the lockscreen ?
Thank you

One question, why do you want to disable emergency call? Its there so that should anything happen to you, someone could access your emergency contacts via emergency call.

Anyway as far as I knownit can't be disabled.
