Pattern lock and pass code

I work at a store where we sell phones for att, sprint and Verizon. The biggest annoyance we have is our customers love to set a pattern lock or a passcode. Usually each week we have to reset 5 to 10 phones because of this. Is there an app that will prevent these from being set? Or is there a way to prevent this from happening?
