Help pattern lock

I've set a pattern lock, and the droid default slide to unlock screen keeps showing up?? How do i disable?

I don't believe there is a way to disable it. Every phone I've had that I set a screen lock on I still had to swipe to unlock first

I disabled pattern unlock because of that, it was driving me crazy that I had to use two unlock creens.

P.S. There is a way around it - AntiLock

I go one step farther. I use the NoLock App and put a widget on my main screen. 99.9% of the time it is unlocked with no screens at startup. Clicking the widget enables the single swipe screen.

Not very safe, especially in a thread where someone wants to use pattern unlock.
