[Android Question]

Hi i have a Samsung Galaxy S Advance I9070 a kid played with my pattern now it’s blocked! i tried the volume up + home + power button combination but it’s not bringing up the recovery menu it just boot normally I can’t get it in the download mode since the (volume up + home + power button) is not working and the USB is not in the debugging mode! Do you have any other way i can flash my phone? Help please please! Reply to my email (email removed by mod) thank you in advance.

If you are talking about a screen lock password, then after a fixed number of incorrect entries your phone should prompt you for the password for the gmail account the phone is registered to. If that doesn't work, shut off the phone, log into the gmail account on a website and change the password using Google's password recovery. Once the new password is confirmed, turn on the phone and try using the new password.

The above relies on your phone having 3G/WIFI enabled - if you don't have it enabled, then you would have to perform a factory reset.
