Help Pause comma not working

Anyone else tried adding the pause comma (,) in a contact to then auto dial keys from an automated menu to find it doesn't work?

Yes, I've noticed that too.

It used to work, but doesn't on my Nexus 4 with Android 4.2.1.

I use two or three commas to auto enter my password for voicemail. always works fine.
