I own a Galaxy S (i9000) with Froyo (I know, why don't I have Gingerbread? Because I am rooted and I would need to do a lot more to update to Gingerbread than you non-rooted guys
(EDIT: just moved to Gingerbread
)
Now, I don't own a credit card and I do not want to own one. I read some articles from late 2010 about that the Android Market now accepts PayPal as an option to pay for apps in the Android Market. Though, when I want to purchase an app, it doesn't show PayPal as an option to pay.
I live in The Netherlands, if that matters.

): I opened a checking account that had a Visa logo card as its debit card. It has since switched to Mastercard, but it works the same. I use that card online, and only keep a smallish amount in the checking account. I use that card for Paypal and I also registered the same debit card w/ the Market.
