PayByPhone problem.

Error in payment​

Installed 'Paybyphone' and 'Google Pay' a few weeks ago and registered with Google Pay to use car parks.
I don't use any other payment methods on my Galaxy A33
After working well for few weeks it has stopped working with 'Payment error'
Advice Please.

I get a 'contact 101000' message on the phone

Maybe the credit/debit card billing was declined? What's 'contact 101000'' about? Is their phone number?
Suggest you contact their customer support services.

Resolved by registering a new card.
For some reason 'Google Pay' hiccupped so I cancelled it.

PS. Customer support has gone the way of 'AI' with a silly name which, at this stage, is far too complicated for humans
