Hi all i bought MM Tracker from google market 6 quid i think i payed it has now been removed by request of memory-map. I need to do a factory reset on my sensation xe is there any way i can back this app up without rooting my phone So i can put it back on after.

Paid apps are linked with your Google account.
So you can install them again without paying ... even on another phone if it has the same Google account :)

I think, you have the app to back up and then to install its .apk again, but I can't tell you the steps you have to take.

Is there any way you can install it to SD card or something? From there you could just copy the APK from the SD card and save it somewhere. If you not, you might be able to find the .apk for it somewhere on your phone's storage (you don't have to be rooted to screw around your phone storage, just to view certain portions of it. Sometimes the app might have additional data outside that hidden portion (root) and you'll be able to copy and paste the .apk). It won't save your data, but at least you'll have the app...
