I want to find out more about the payment plans in different countries

In Macedonia (T-Mobile), I got the hero with 20

In the UK you'd pay about €20/25 and get the phone for free + about 700 minutes and unlimited data/sms. I opted to buy it outright as it works out slighty cheaper if you do the maths.
