Payment problem

Does anyone have any idea why I keep on getting this message?

It says "The payment amount entered is more than the maximum amount allowed. Please enter a lower amount."
Why? I tried a different card thinking that maybe it had a daily limit but the second had the same result.

I can't seem to make the picture bigger.:mad:
 
How many lines is that

I have 5 lines on the $50 plan. It's the second month with all 5 and I think I had the same problem last month. I had 4 lines last summer and was paying $185. No problems at all. Maybe it's over $200 problem. But that would be stupid.
 
Well, I just "spoke " with Metro thru Facebook and they suggested to split the payment. So I did and it worked. I tried paying $200 at first to see it that was the limit and that didn't work. So I paid $185, my old amount from summer) and it worked. Then just payed the remaining balance.
It works , but it's ridiculous to have to split a payment.:confused:
