why cant i pay for apps using paypal, i got no CC to use and have plenty of money in my paypal account. I just assumed I would be able to use paypal to pay.

just applied for my paypal card. have to wait 2-4 weeks

It is very convenient, I have a CC and DC on file and just use the drop down menu to switch between the two.
