Root PB File in LGNPST?

I have bricked my phone using ROM Manager, looked around on Google and saw these forums which tell you not to use it. Too late, I know. So now it's bricked at the LG Logo but I've managed to get it into S/W Upgrade Mode.

Looking everywhere on these forums, I CANNOT find out what to do with LGNPST asking for a "PB File". I have the DLL file for my phone which is the LGMS690, A.K.A. LG Optimus M but I can't find out what to put in for the PB File. Everyone seems to be talking about Bin files to use with it, but mine needs a PB file.

So in the words of every internet troll, "wat do?"

if after installing the drivers for the phone on the computer.. you plug your phone in to your computer and it instals a drvier.. and then you check your device manager int he control panel. if it lists your phone as a fastboot device, you can simply flash a recovery and a rom, and save yourself alot fo time and hassle, if it doesnt show up as a fastboot device, then you simply need to download the proper bin file, and flash using lgnpst, however this will most likely 0 out your meid and alot of other info, it happens quite fequently, not to everyone to to alot. if that happens, then there are a few threads and websites you need to go to, and alot of setting back up.
