PC doesn't recognize Samsung Exhibit II

Hi,
I have a Samsung Exhibit II from T-Mobile, windows 7 doesn't recognize the device when I want to upload music files to it? Please help!!!!

Hello and welcome to Android Forums!

From your home screen, touch menu>settings>wireless & netwroks>usb utilities and select storage option. Then plug in your phone and mount as a storage device. It should display on your PC as a flash drive and you can copy files.
