PC hookup question

Quick question. I just had a buddy buy the epic touch and I just wanted to know if it was like my first generation galaxy s where drivers had to be downloaded so that the computer recognizes the phone.

You might try this. It allows much more control than the Kies app already on your phone.

However, the Kies app already on your phone works fine because it uses the web browser and thus requires no download of drivers.

The Kies desktop program provides more syncing options, and does have the supplied drivers.
