Root Pc not recognizing phone connected?

I was wondering if I am missing something! A while back I rooted my phone running ZVC. Everything was great... but I reformatted pc.

Problem:
I now installed LG usb Driver and Android SDK Manager with google usb package, but when I go into my device manager( on my pc) it still shows my phone as missing drivers and my pc is unable to recognize my phone as working. Am I missing a driver or a certain step?

Sorry kinda forgot the little I knew.
 
I mean I have rooted before. So Im pretty positive I have the phone in debugging mode. When I connect it to pc. I select internet connection to put phone in debugging mode. Then my device manager on the pc shows yellow question marks for the lg esteem and stuff.

Everytime and I mean everytime I plug my esteem in the "Autorun.exe" window pops up(are you see that also:confused:)
Put the phone into "Internet Connection" mode and see what happens.
Last resort but delete every instance of LG in add/remove programs and start new:)
