PC to Android wifi copy?

I looked around but couldn't find anything about this. Android newb and trying to find if there's an app that lets you see your PC folders on you Android device and then copy them over wirelessly to your device. I've seen things like Kies and Wifi File Explorer but those seem to only work where you have to be at your PC.

So is there an app that lets me see my mp3 files on my SGIISR and easily let me copy it to my phone?

Check out HomePipe. I haven't used it since switching over to Dropbox a couple of years back, but it allows you access to whatever folders on your desktop that you set it to. It requires desktop software that the mobile app uses. At the time I used it, both were free.

Oh, and homepipe works over cellular data too, so it's usable from anywhere
