I have a cloud backup. Can't find my wife's backups from my wife's phone using her phone. I restored the folders to my computer. Now I need to carefully restore these folders to my wife's phone. Sms, photos, etc.

Somehow most of the files have already been transfered to her phone. But as I continue I want to be sure I complete the process carefully. She has an s22. Android
you should look into using samsung's smart switch to backup your data. it is also great when you buy a new samsung phone as well.

What did you do the cloud backup with? Google, Samsung, something else? Hard to advise without that information.

Idrive. If I use smart switch I don't know if the files and folders will get dumped where they were originally.
Idrive? Never heard of it. Is it an app or something?
