Help PC to Flytouch 2 USB connection

I have a Gome Flytouch 2 APAD Infomic Android 2.1. wowFileManager sees a USB stick files and shows one photo at a time. Photoframe and Gallery can't find anything. Storage Manager sees stick and an SD card but offers no way to copy files.
Also my PC (Windows7 Home Premium) and the Pad don't see each other when connected by USB.
Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
