PC won't recognize Galaxy 3

Cannot get my PC to recognize the Samsung Galaxy 3 cell phone and SAMSUNG support has ZERO support
 
Try installing the Samsung USB drivers on your PC. Click the Downloads tab then click the blue EXE button. I know this is the Verizon variant page, but the USB drivers should be the same for all variants.
