PDANet+ help please

[gdiddy]

So I've been running PDANet+ to teether or hotspot to my laptop. But, this morning, I got a message from PDANet+ saying, "click here to upgrade to full version." I don't want to do that. However, I can only access the internet for about 10 seconds each time I connect....if I don't upgrade to full version.

Can somebody please recommend an alternative to PDANet+ or a workaround?

Thank you.

I've used Klink, periodically, for a few years. Works very dependably, as far as 3G connections go.
