Root PDAnet not recognizing my driver.

I'm trying to root my M835, but PDAnet is not recognizing my driver. I went into Device manager and tried to update my driver, but Windows has determined that my device is up to date. Yet every time I try to run PDAnet I keep getting a window that says Error 103, which according to the june fabrics website means I do not have the right software.

And I've checked USB debugging as well. Any ideas of what I could be doing wrong?

Right on, what do I do with these (I have no idea what I'm doing here, this is my first foray into anything like this, the most technical thing I've done is installed a new video card in my computer).

have you tried rooting with gingerbreak

And here is a video on how to root wiuth superoneclick if this doesnt work
How To Root Huawei M835 - YouTube

Hope helps .. I reccomend the first Video which worked for me when i first rooted

OK, tried the gingerbreak video, but 4shared doesn't seem to have gingerbreak.apk anymore. Giving the superoneclick video a shot, will update.

Gave superoneclick a try. Checked my driver, and it said that no issues were found. When I went to click Root, I immediately got a message that said "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

Object reference not set to an instance of object."

Should I continue or is something wrong?
