Pdf annotation over network

Hi all :-)

I am able to use the ezPDF Pro on my Android phone to open pdf files on my local Windows network through either CifsManager and the integrated file manager, or a 3rd party file manager. But I cannot save my annotations to the network. If I try to create a copy after highlighting the creation of the copy fails, and if I try to annotate the original, it fails to save.

Dropbox integration works fine, but I would rather save to my network.

I verified that I have read/write access to the files in question.

Is there something I can do to address saving over the network? Or will I have better luck with another reader, e.g., RepliGo?

Thanks!

As far as I know, most file managers copy the network file as temporary file on the phone's storage and then let the PDF editor local work on this file ... and the PDF editor saves this file on the phone.
So this is a file manager's issue.

I edit PDFs with EStrongs File Manager + RepliGo and this combination does the same thing.
