'Pending' in Google Wallet

I bought some apps today, but strangely, on my Google Wallet-Transactions page it says the orders of the apps are pending...

What does this mean? Why isn't the order completed?

First off have the orders actually made it to your device? Like are the apps downloaded and in use?

Sometimes things can get caught up in the system, you just need to make sure you aren't getting double charged.
