Help People App deleted accidentally, how to recover?

Android version 2.3.5
HTC Sense 2.1
Software number 2.26.707.2

I have rooted my phone, bootloader is unlocked. I accidentally deleted my people app via link2sd. Now whenever I try to add a contact, it gives an error....

"android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please tell............"

I tried another custome ROM "Wildchild", on that ROM there was no problem adding people, and it was working fine. But I had to switch back to original, so I did. Now I am stuck again. I tried to install the app by HTC sync but there also it gives an error Not enuf space or something.

What to do????

ig you go to xda forums, and search for football's collection, the original roms are there. If you flash the right one for you, you will resolve the problem. Make sure you use titanium backup first so that you don't lose anything else

But I got it. Extracted <<HtcContacts.apk>>> from wildchild ROM zip folder. Then installed ES file explorer, mounted system as r/w and then copy pasted the apk from sd card to system/app. Works like a charm........
