Help People are not getting my MMS messages

Hi, kidz. I'm new here and not a "techy" person at all, so please bear with me.

I have the CREDO/Sprint Galaxy S2. I use WiFi while at home and 3G or 4G or whatever is available when out and about.

I have been sending people photo attachments using the stock text message feature that came with the phone, but no one is receiving them, whether on iPhones or Android devices. I tried using other text services like Handcent and Go SMS, but also to no avail. When I try to send a photo to myself, it doesn't work. I can send them through Facebook messenger, though.

I want to be able to send them through the regular text service, though, not just through Facebook. I have been searching online like an obsessive freak for an inordinate amount of time but finding no solutions. Can anyone help me? Bear in mind that, as I said at the outset, I'm not a techy person, so saying stuff like "root" and "flash" ... well, that's like a foreign language.

Thank you in advance. I appreciate any help!

Hi there. I am also new to the forums but back when I had the stock ROM on my S2 that had happened to me also. So here are some of the things I did to fix the issue:

1st when in doubt reboot the phone.
2nd thing I did and resolved the issue for me was update the PRL and after that my messages flooded in and out.

Hope this helps!

I am having similar problem i rooted then unrooted now my phone wont send or receive picture messages. I cant find anyone to help not evsn my carrier

i have the same problem! i have been looking everywhere for answer to this!

and in response to that one person, how do i update the prl?

I have the same problem sending pictures to my mom, brother, and sister (iPhone 3GS-4) and my fiancee (Sprint/Samsung Galaxy SIII).

You can update the PRL by going Home > Menu > Settings > System Updates > Update PRL.

However, performing these steps on my phone first, then my fiancee's (easiest to test, naturally) still didn't allow her to get the pictures.

On the odder side of the problem, she will eventually receive them - 2 or 3 days later. And that's even with both of us sitting in the same house, on the same couch, connected to the same Wi-fi.
