Help People Widget missing?

I can't seem to find the people widget. Is this missing from Jelly Bean or the N7 or what?

I know we can't call or text, but what about gtalk? Voxer? etc.

I have the people app on mine per installed. I use G Voice to text and TalkaTone to call.

No people widget on mine, just a couple of widgets for single contacts.
Not sure if it's specific to jelly bean or the nexus.
