Sorry to hear this, as it has worked for me. Are others having the same issue?

I had this happen once, while trying to show a Youtube video to someone - had to use the iPhone while the Razr was rebooting. I think we are still beta testing for Moto.

I'm a new member and I joined to try to resolve this issue. It only happens randomly and not that often and I have not been able to establish a pattern. Very annoying bug. Resetting the notification sound in sound setting seems to work as does a restart but just going into the sound settings is easier. I see there has been nothing on this issue since last July. Has anyone had success eliminating it.
