Root Permission denied errors when attempting to root Samsung Galaxy Stellar

I'm trying to follow the rooting guide here, and as far as I can tell, I'm doing what I need to do. I installed the drivers and checked USB debugging. Installation of Unknown Sources was already checked for me. However, when I run RootDebugfs, I get a number of Permission Denied errors, including on its attempt to copy over the su binary. Any advice?

Yes did really think they would leave the security holes that let you root? Follow the instructions here and use the files provided to downgrade and root. Also explains how to re update and keep root.
