Personal Finance App

I've been using PocketMoney for some time and am generally happy with it. However, the firm seems to be in disarray since the death of its founder last year. I cannot get any response from support so am considering a new app.

Requirements are:

An app for monitoring my various bank and savings accounts with the ability to switch funds between accounts, handle repeating transactions and cope with split amounts when an entry may cover more than one category, such as when an amount spent at a retailer is half on groceries and half on clothing.

I do not need to access my accounts via the app and I don't need currency conversion or any sophisticated stuff like that.

Most important is a Windows desktop version, which allows me to synch my accounts to my Android phone and tablet.

What I really need is PocketMoney from a company that answers email and gives support!

Oh, and I must be able to import my data from PocketMoney!

Can anyone suggest anything?

Thanks.

I have been porting a version of KMyMoney to Android for a long time. It may or may not currently meet most of your needs. It is not available in the play store yet but if you where to use the desktop app and wanted to help test I would be happy to take on a new user. :-)

I think your best best is MoneyWiz... not sure it has everything you're looking for, but it's probably the closest you'll find.

Thank you. MoneyWiz seems perfect except................

They haven't got a Windows Desktop version yet, although it's on the cards for later this year. They've had a Mac version for some time, but not Windows.

I do like the look of it though and may run it side by side with PocketMoney for a while and get to know it whilst waiting for the Windows version.

I'm really surprised someone hasn't brought up Mint yet...It can be used in a browser, plus has a good app for Android and iOS.

It can't control you bank transferring funds, but it checks all your other requirements.

Unfortunately Google Play tells me that Mint isn't compatible with all my devices. I'm assuming that it's my Sony Xperia 10" tablet that's the problem.
