Pestered by system update.

Hello people.

My girlfriend has the Galaxy S3, and is constantly pestered by a system update.

As much as she has tried to download the update... It doesn't work! She has tried it connected to Wi-fi. She has tried it through the mobile network. Never completes. She is permanenlty getting the following message:

"Download failed. Disconnected from Wi-fi network. When reconnected to Wi-fi network, download will restart. When downloading via Wi-fi networks, download again after disabling Wi-fi only. Downloading via mobile networks my incur additional charges."

She gets this every couple of minutes, whether she has Wi-fi on or not. Whether she's at home or not. She has tried to download via both on numerous occasions, and it's doing her head in! As I'm sure you can imagine. There is definitely nothing wrong with her Wi-fi at home. It's a strong signal, and nothing has a problem on it normally.

Any help advice any of you could give on sorting/getting rid of this, would be much appreciated.

Has she tried updating via Kies?
